How long will delivery actually take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days and delivery takes 7–14 business days, tracked. Our products ship from supplier partners directly to you, which keeps the price down but takes longer than a local warehouse. If you need something this week, this is not the right store for that order.
What if my dog ignores it?
Email us within 30 days and we refund you in full. For most items we will not ask you to ship it back — give it to a shelter, a friend, or a neighbour with a dog.
What size should I choose?
The current bed is 27 x 27 x 8 inches, best for small and medium dogs up to roughly 25 lbs who curl up to sleep. If your dog sleeps stretched out flat, measure nose-to-tail and add six inches before ordering.
Will this cure my dog’s anxiety?
Honest answer: no. It is a comfort product, not a treatment. Many dogs settle better in a bed with a raised rim they can lean on, but if your dog has severe or worsening anxiety, please speak to your vet. We would rather say that than oversell it.
Is it machine washable?
Yes — cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Shake it out afterwards and the rim fluffs back up.
